Connection. Belonging. Growth

I’m Lisa. I’m 57 and have been with my childhood sweetheart, Terry, for many years. I spent most of my career working in Financial Services in the City before setting up my own HR, training, and recruitment consultancy in 2009. In 2017, I expanded again and opened a lady’s boutique. I’ve always loved travel and exploring new places and I am especially fond of cruising so much so that my friends call me the Cruise Queen.

Lisa’s Story

When this travel business was shared with me, it immediately made sense. I had always organised trips for friends and family but never realised there was commission built into travel bookings. What I did not expect was how much it would change my life. I realised I had been stuck in the daily demands of running two businesses and felt unfulfilled. This business gave me the freedom to step away, travel more, and live life on my own terms. Just as importantly, I have found a community and friendships I never would have discovered otherwise, connections that have become a huge and meaningful part of my journey.

I have lived in different countries, raised a family, and always looked for ways to hold onto my sense of freedom and identity while life evolved. I love travel, sunshine, beautiful places, and designing a life that feels balanced, calm, and full of choice. I am naturally the organiser among friends, the one who plans trips and finds hidden gems, so creating a travel business feels like a very natural extension of who I am.

Simone’s Story

After years of searching for something, I could do from anywhere, the travel business finally clicked. Since starting, my confidence and direction have completely changed. I now have multiple income streams and no longer rely on one source to feel secure. I feel excited again, supported by an incredible community, and proud to be building a business I can run from Germany, the UK, or anywhere in the world while creating real choices for my family’s future.

My name is Will, also known as Tarbs. I’m 37 and a dad of three. I work as a Secondary School Head of Sport, coach part time with the Bath Rugby Academy, run my own coaching business, and lead-free men’s mental health sessions every week. Travel has always been important to us as a family, but after Covid, with both my wife and I teaching, we simply did not have the time or disposable income to enjoy it. The idea of financial freedom, flexibility, and being able to manage my own time without being restricted by school holidays felt like a real opportunity.

Will’s Story

Since starting my travel business, my confidence has grown, and my future feels clearer. It has given me the skills and belief to step away from the limitations of under-funded education and build something of my own. I now earn residual income, book over £50,000 of travel each year, and earn commission on every booking. More than that, I am surrounded by positive, aspirational, like-minded people who support my growth both professionally and personally. My goal is to continue building, double my bookings in 2026, and grow a team of people who are learning, thriving, and creating opportunity together.

I’m a 23-year-old modern languages graduate and I’m at a stage in my life where travel is my priority. I am rarely home for long before I’m heading off to my next destination. Exploring new places, immersing myself in different cultures, and experiencing the world is what excites me most.

The idea of being able to work while travelling and help other people do the same was what inspired me to start my travel business. It has opened the door to so many opportunities and helped me realise that my true passion lies in creating affordable, adventurous travel experiences for others. It’s a business I am incredibly excited to continue growing as I explore the world.

Taylor’s story

I’m a retired professional athlete and now run my own coaching, events, and travel business. I’m 41 and live with my husband and our little boy, who is two and a half. After years in elite sport, I wanted a business that allowed me to stay connected to the world I love while having the flexibility to prioritise family life.

I started my travel business so I could organise my own sporting retreats and help clients book amazing trips to events, training camps, and experiences around the world. I’m still at the beginning of the journey, but so far it has been fun, exciting, and a natural extension of what I already do.

Georgie’s story

I’m Wayne, although most people know me as Gilo. I’m a friendly, down-to-earth person who genuinely loves helping others, whether that’s through travel, family life, or simply being someone people can rely on. I’m a morning person, I love staying active, and I spend a lot of my time making memories with my kids, Franky Ray and Nova, and keeping our dog Kobi happy and well walked. Positivity, connection, and creating more freedom in life are important to me.

What attracted me to the travel business was the idea of earning commission on my own trips, helping others book theirs, and building something that could fit around my family life. It has given me flexibility to do the school runs, stay active, enjoy the gym and spa, and still build an income doing something I love. Being part of a supportive community and helping people create amazing holidays has boosted my confidence and made me feel far more in control of my future.

Wayne’s Story

I come from a family with mixed cultural backgrounds, which has shaped who I am from a very early age. It sparked my love for experiencing different cultures, learning languages, and connecting with people from all walks of life. I am naturally someone who enjoys making friends feel welcome, helping others, and seeing the best in people. Learning, growth, and connection are at the heart of everything I do.

Travel has always been part of my journey. I have explored countries ranging from Amsterdam to Japan and many more, often sharing my experiences and recommendations with friends and family who would come to me for advice. That love for travel and helping others experience it for themselves is what led me to start my travel business. Since then, it has given me more structure, helped me understand the value of my time and money, and allowed me to create meaningful content and offers for my audience while continuing to explore the world in a more intentional way.

Aayah’s story

I’m a busy mum of three and a multiple business owner. I spent twelve years as a secondary school teacher, but after completely burning out I made the difficult decision to leave and set up a childcare business, which I now love. I miss teaching, but I do not miss how much it took from me and my family. Creating something that allowed me to be more present at home became really important to me.

I was not actively looking to start a travel business, but I was searching for opportunities that could give us more freedom. At first, I saw it as a way for my family to travel smarter and earn back commission on our own holidays. Since then, my vision has grown. We have booked travel for friends and family, created a healthy side income, and helped other families benefit from the same platform. The support, training, and coaching have been invaluable in building my confidence and belief in myself. Because of this business, we have enjoyed extra holidays, saved over £850 on a big family summer trip, and created special memories with our children that matter most.

Leanne’s story

I love travel. Exploring the world, discovering new cultures, food, history, and languages is what excites me most and I am also a huge lover of all things Disney. When Tarsh introduced me to the travel business, pairing my love of travel with something that allowed me to earn from every trip immediately made sense. I wanted to be the person I often wished I had while booking my own travel, someone who could guide others through what can sometimes feel like a complex process. I also loved the idea of helping others create an additional income stream to support the adventures they dream about.

Since starting, my perspective has completely shifted. I have had access to incredible training and a global network of suppliers, many of which I had never heard of before. It even helped me fall in love with cruising, something I never imagined I would say a year ago. Alongside this, I have found a life changing community of like-minded people who inspire me daily, challenge how I think, and share the same determination to help others experience the world with confidence.

Alisha’s Story

I’m an ambitious woman in my late forties, navigating peri menopause, originally from Australia and now living in the UK. I work as a contractor, which means if I do not work, I do not get paid. I am someone who genuinely loves helping people and seeing them achieve their goals. I bring energy into every room and into the lives of the people around me, and that has always been part of who I am.

I was not looking to start another business. I already had two that kept me very busy. However, as an avid traveller, this opportunity made sense once I looked into it properly and did my due diligence. I was sceptical at first and had my solicitor review everything to ensure it was legitimate. My background in financial services and the triathlon industry meant my reputation mattered deeply to me. Since starting in June 2022, I have helped over 142 people begin their own journey in the travel industry. What has surprised me most is not just the income opportunities, but the community that has grown alongside it. Being part of something that genuinely changes people’s lives, from helping households earn extra income to booking meaningful travel experiences, has been incredibly rewarding.
